FDSN Florida Presents QCW Ruckus [s5e6 • November 21st, 2025]

📺 live on FanDuel Sports Network Florida

📍 Quality Arena in Parts Unknown, FL

  • Instead of the usual open, we saw a vignette with the Glam Squad and John Arneson that played out more like TGIF opening credits than a usual vignette. Coming on the heels of having each other's backs for the last few weeks, Cole Grant and Freddie Valsada asked John to join up.   When John asked if there were meetings they said only if he wanted there to be and that seemed to sway him into joining the group.  Arneson pointed out that he was the least glam out of the three of them, and Valsada not subtly suggested he had an idea.  We got some makeover montage action before Arneson decided to go with a look that gave him black paint around his eyes coming down his cheeks a bit.  They got their hands all in and said Glam Squad on three before Arneson asked if they wanted to go get in some mini golf.  Cole and Freddie agreed with enthusiasm and the new three man Glam Squad went off for some putt putt..

  • “Invincible” and the standard opening rolled after that; once we zoomed inside Quality Arena and popped some pyro, Steve Vandeblanche and Carl Christensen welcomed us to the show.  Tonight, the main event will see Tre Boyd go against Beast Mode’s Roy Fade in a continuation of that months long feud, and “Night Sky” Diana Spare defending the Women's World championship in the main event tonight, and she’ll put the Fifteen Pounds of Gold on the line in an open challenge.  But the action this Friday night began with Diana’s long term rivals.

  • Lights on.

  • Lights off.

  • You guessed it: Hysteria had arrived.

  • 1. Bonnie Agrippa and Nancy Crowley of Hysteria (w/Justine Danek and Bella Jolie) d. The Game Changers at 6:45 A few minutes later, they vanished the same way they came but with a victory in their back pockets.  The matchup between former World Tag Team champions had plenty going for it - the Changers had just won a Ruckus main event a couple of weeks ago days after QCW’s resident coven lost their straps.  But it seemed that no matter what Al & Ashley threw at them in the fast paced opening tag, Hysteria was a step ahead throughout - if it wasn't cutting the ring in half to maximize their side of the ring, it was quick tags - if it wasn't quick tags, it was a distraction from Justine or Bella on the outside - and if it wasn't that it was Agrippa's sheer rage over having lost at Dia de los Muertos and then the chaos filled National championship match against Orion in last week's main event coming through as she ratcheted up the aggression in her arsenal.  Bonnie would pin Al after she and Nancy combined for their signature spike brainbuster, Crowley using a whirling dervish attack to drop Szabo and keep “THEE Influencer” from coming in for the save.  Afterwards most of Hysteria stood over the Changers scowling while Justine walked over to a camera, held it like a fine glass of brandy, and said “We’ll see you at the battle royale.”. Lights off…lights on…but of course Hysteria wasn't there when they came back up.

  • We went from the ring to a segment with the Chosen, who were all glaring at each other before Caleb Gray raised his hand.  He said he’d hoped things wouldn't have come to this but last week had proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the expansion was a shambles. That meant there would be a reckoning…and that would come next week.  Next week he would win the battle royale to prove his mettle as the Chosen's leader and leap into history when he captured the World title - but after weeks and weeks of infighting, Davis and Tremble wouldn't be in the battle royale.  Both began to protest before Gray raised his hand again and said since they wanted so desperately to fight that’d happen next week…and the loser would be excommunicated from the Chosen as a result.

  • Gray snidely reminded Drake that he knew all too well what it was like to be forced out into the wilderness before wheeling on Justice and reminding him that since he has possession of his contract, a loss would force him out of QCW as well.  Goody Gardner looked on nervously in the background as Caleb focused on how tight knit the flock would be once it had clipped the weakest wings loose and stressed how the best platform from which to preach and reach was made from championship gold.  Come next week a glorious new day would dawn for the Chosen atop Quality Christian Wrestling, a place for World champion Caleb Gray and those like-minded to personify faith over fear.  Tremble gave JD a dismissive once over before going “Next week, then” and walking away; this year's Duquesne Cup winner stared daggers into his back before going “Next week, then” and heading off in the opposite direction.  Gray looked relieved while Gardner looked thoughtful and the End Times held their usual stoic silences as we headed to commercials.

  • We came back from break with entrances for the participants in the first singles match on tonight's show…

  • 2. Tre Boyd d. “These Hands” Roy Fade (w/“Dashing” Pierce Moore and Lolo Vuitton) at 9:18 Boyd, one of the many people on the roster saying they're going to win the Black Friday battle royale and dethrone Omar next week, earned a hard fought win over former Golden Glove winner Fade here.  Tre might be the fastest man on the roster and got to show that off in the early moments of the match; on commentary Carl brought out the old chestnut that you couldn't hit what you couldn't catch.  Fade couldn't bottle up Boyd and Tre landed some hit and run offense while clowning Roy as old, slow, yesterday's news.  Boyd avoided a corner charge and landed a pendulum kick, then sent the man from South Central bailing out of the ring after eating a stiff legged missile dropkick.  Fade recovered on the floor as Lolo Vuitton jumped up on the apron to distract the referee or maybe get after Tre.  But it definitely allowed “Dashing” Pierce Moore to slide in the ring and drop Boyd with a Fresh To Death cutter.  Once that piece of business was done, Lolo roused Roy and encouraged him to get back in the ring and finish Tre off.

  • Fade used the retaining barrier to pull himself up before darting into the ring and laying into Tre with rabbit punches, coming pretty close to being DQed by the ref.  Fade used his educated hands to do damage to Tre, buckling him with some hard body shots that popped throughout Quality Arena and giving him some hard crossfaces across the jaw and nose.  Fade continued to wear Boyd out over the next couple of minutes and went to end things with his vaunted Decision, but Tre dodged it at the last second and turned defense into offense with a Blue Thunder bomb that left both men down for most of a 10 count. Both men staggered up and backed into each other - Fade spun Boyd around only to get surprised by a flash Fresh To Death from Boyd, who made sure to let Pierce know about it as he fumed from the floor.  That was the turning point, as the Gospel cruised from there and even tossed Moore over the top rope when he tried to save his partner.  Lolo had to check on Pierce, leaving the door open for Boyd to come off the top with a beautiful Say Hallelujah to get the win with his Spiral Tap.  A cocky Boyd flexed and strutted his way to the back, saying to the camera that you weren't just looking at the man who was going to win the battle royale - you were looking at the next QCW World champion and y’all needed to quit playing about it.

  • Between matches there was a This Week In QCW History segment focused on November 11th two years ago when Karyn Tisch-Warren retained the Women's World championship in an instant classic, beating Cindy Monet in a best of 3 falls match 2-1.  It received consideration for 2023’s Match of the Year.  Appropriately enough, we went to women's division action right after this recap.

  • 3. Malicía Fernandez (w/the Republic) d. “Explosive” Emily Bennett at 5:59 Remember, the former National champion is half of the Republic’s “Omar insurance* in the battle royale next week.  She tuned up here and got a pretty decisive win over the plucky Bennett, who went after Malicía aggressively right after the bell.  But when Fernandez caught her moonsault attempt and turned it into a Snake Eyes that was the beginning of the end for the Minnesotan.  A dominant Malicía ended things with a somersault axe kick and the Death Warrant.  The Republic celebrated the victory by filling the ring and standing tall as we headed to commercials with the announce wondering if we would end up looking at an all Republic main event next week.

  • 4. the Cooper Brothers (w/Kam Ellis) d. Hellraisers at 5:04 Earlier in the night, Tre Boyd notched a big victory; here his (former?) friends picked up a victory of their own.  In fact, the Coopers dominated the bulk of the match against the former Catch Hell Wrestling League tag champs.  Speed kills and the Coopers employed quick tags to isolate Ian Cook, completely inverting the usual game plan against Hellraisers and taking them completely out of their comfort zone.  The big Cook tired in short order trying (and failing) to catch either of the Air Force alums, and when Gerry Greene tried to save his partner the Coopers backdropped him into an unwitting senton bomb on his own partner before clearing him out from the ring.  Cook went down for the count not too long after that, the Coopers taking the win after the Aim High 450° splash and guillotine legdrop combination.  The Coopers celebrated on the turnbuckles post match while Kam clapped it up for his friends.

  • As Sky’s the Limit headed to the back, they passed Commissionership Holmes and Julius Duquesne III in front of the Qualitron 9004, to the side at the top of the ramp.  Julius asked for and got some cheers for the always popular Commish, then revealed they were here to spin this tumbler and determine who the first two entrants in the Black Friday battle royale would be.  Holmes spun the tumbler a few times, then picked a ball out and handed it over to JD3 to crack.  Duquesne announced that the person who drew #1 would be representing the College Park Family…Benjamin Valentino!  A picture of the International Lover took up half the Tron, then they repeated the process to reveal who would start off with Valentino from the #2 spot…”the Proper Villain” Richard Windsor!

  • The crowd booed the turncoat Windsor and the boos only intensified after “Manifest Destiny” hit the PA and brought out Windsor in the flesh.  Windsor read the riot act to Holmes, saying he’d won at Dia de los Muertos and dropped the dead weight of his ex partner; such accomplishments merited a better spot than #2 and fighting off the field while having to keep an eye out for the so-called Fury to blindside him. He accused Scott of being biased against him and Holmes responded with a bit of bite in his voice, saying that Windsor had cheated his way to that win and any unbiased observer could see that.  But if he wanted to see what it was like when he was biased, hell, he could call for a referee to come out here (after a few beats, one jogged out) and Richard could prepare for the battle royale with a rematch against “the Fury” Jim Jaspers…right now!

  • “I Predict A Riot” hit the PA and Jaspers came sprinting out from the back, greeting his turncoat ex partner with a flying tackle that probably looked familiar to Calvin and Hobbes lovers and sent both men flying down the ramp.  A fired up Jaspers was first to his feet and tossed Windsor into the retaining barrier, then tossed him across the aisle into the barrier on that side.  Windsor staggered away on his knees, begging off to Jim.  As Jaspers began closing in, Windsor shot forward with a drop toe hold that sent Jaspers bouncing face first off of the steel steps.  Windsor got his bearings about him before tossing Jim into the ring and following close behind; once both Brits were between the ropes, the ref called for the bell to officially start things…

  • 5. “the Fury” Jim Jaspers and “the Proper Villain” Richard Windsor fought to a double disqualification at 8:06 This was a crazy brawl the whole way as the Proper Villains exploded and left all the World of Sport stuff on the other side of the pond.  The shot into the stairs opened up a cut over Jaspers’ right eyebrow and Windsor went after it with surgical precision, at multiple points digging into it and making it worse.  Richard made Old Jim an increasingly bloody mess and even had him in a hanging rear naked choke from the second rope and milked the five count.  Windsor let go at 4.8 before circling Jaspers and dumping him with a half and half suplex, but Jaspers kicked out at the death to pop the faithful.  Windsor got in the referee's face about it for a bit, completely missing Jim pulling himself off the mat.  Jaspers staggered over and spun Windsor around before planting him with a headbutt you could hear in the ninth row, then staggered back into the ropes gathering deep breaths before suddenly lashing out with a pump knee that dropped his ex partner like a bad habit.

  • Suddenly in the driver's seat, Jaspers grabbed Windsor’s arms before letting out a mad cackle and stomping away repeatedly; his blood came down on the battle royale’s #2 entrant but that was almost a side appetizer to the main course of shoe leather Jaspers served up.  The referee almost had to pull Jim off after a five count, and Richard rolled to the floor while a bloody Jaspers backed the official into a corner.  Jim looked at Richard and slid out of the ring, leaving a red streak on the apron as he turned the corner behind Windsor.  Richard got picked up and his jaw almost broken off the force of a flapjack into the apron, and Jaspers added injury to injury with a release German suplex that sent Richard bouncing off the announce table to the ground as the crowd cheered.  Jaspers stepped on the back of Windsor's head until the ref’s count made it to 8, then threw him in the ring and followed his way in.  Windsor tried to stagger up, but Jim was running as fast as the blood loss would allow, hitting the ropes three times before crowning the former “Proper King” with a trip down to Fury Road.  Jaspers flipped Windsor over after the kneedrop driver and hooked a leg - but this time it was Windsor who kicked out at 2.99 this time.

  • Jaspers eyes narrowed as he stared down the ref, who insisted it was a near fall and not the end of the match.  Old Jim again stalked the referee into a corner, completely oblivious to Windsor pulling himself off the deck behind him.  Richard got up and next to Jim, and the former friends exchanged a quick look - then they both punched out the ref!  Jaspers and Windsor continued brawling, Jim winning for a little bit before Windsor tackled Jim and they both went between the ropes out to the floor.  Quality Force Security came streaming out from the back as the Brits continued to throw haymakers at each other, completely missing the referee in the ring calling for the bell.  Duck Eko announced that the match had been thrown out due to both of them striking the official and was therefore a double disqualification.  Jim and Richard had to have heard the announcement before the crowd's boos but kept fighting until multiple members of QFS pulled them off each other.  Like most things in life, the pull apart worked until it didn't, Windsor looking like he was willing to be led to the back until he exploded away from his share of the detail and landed some more punches on Jim’s wound, leading the rest of QFS to come out and pull Windsor off.  But that led to a suddenly freed Jaspers cracking Richard with another headbutt, leading to him getting swarmed and taken down by a half dozen guards.  Windsor tried to pull himself off the floor again, a .4 Muta covered Jaspers was getting bleeped out every third word about making Richard pay, and the Quality Controllers were chanting “Let them fight!” as Ruckus went into the last commercial break on the evening.

  • We came back from break to a sizzle reel highlighting Omar Littlefield’s almost year long path of destruction back to the World title, injuring multiple wrestlers on the way to taking lead in Ig de Catur's Republic and the Fifteen Pounds of Gold.  As a barrage of Face Erasers and Omar raising the belt rolled, Littlefield added a voiceover.  He said the whole roster was coming at him next week, but the so-called winner of that battle royale was really just going to win a trip to the ICU.  He would destroy whoever and whatever he wanted because nobody on the roster could stop him.  Come Black and Blue Friday, some fool would regret their temporary win when he left them in permanent pain.  Ask Naz about Omar Littlefield.  Go to the ICU and ask Razorblade who QCW’s real hardcore hero was.  Omar was in the business of dining on legends…so whoever won the battle royale would be just a light snack for him.

  • Another championship main event on the way but first Steve and Carl hyped up next week's Black and Blue Friday supershow - with an additional half hour run time and limited commercial interruptions from Memphis’ FedEx Forum.  💫  After months of discord, Justice Davis and Drake Tremble will face off - and the loser will leave the Chosen, with Caleb Gray letting JD know he’ll have to leave QCW as well should he lose 💫 the show will kick off with the 20 person Black Friday battle royale which will be “Rumble style” for the first time ever - and the winner gets a shot at Omar and the QCW World championship in the main event.

  • “you should see me in a crown” brought out “Night Sky” Diana Spare to a big pop from Quality Arena.  The Women's World champion had her usual steely focus as she grabbed the mic from Duck Eko and hit the ring, holding the Women's World championship up high.  Spare said last week's main event saw Orion - you know, Orion, the National champion in the skybox, that Orion.  A spotlight found the Cosmic Champion where Spare said they were, and the crowd pop for Orion matched if not exceeded Diana's, even if Orion was content to tap the title belt glittering over a shoulder.  Diana said last week Orion was standing in this spot, defending the title successfully.  Nothing against Orion, and who knows, maybe they’d see each other in the battle royale next week - but for now, this was the part where she would do something a rung above Orion's win last week and would win this open challenge against any woman who came out to face her…because they would end up counting the lights and find out the hard way that QCW belonged to the night.

  • Diana paced in the ring ..right up until “Shall We Gather At the River?” cut through the Parts Unknown air.  Out strode Diana's polar opposite in QCW, Goody Gardner, flanked by the End Times and the leader of the Chosen, “the Purifier” Caleb Gray.  As Gardner made her way down the ramp, the announce noted that (1} both Justice Davis and Drake Tremble were nowhere in sight and (2) Goody had clearly taken to heart Caleb's earlier words about bringing championship gold back into the arms of the Chosen.  Gardner was introduced by Duck and our main event was underway.

  • 6. “Night Sky” Diana Spare [c] d. Goody Gardner (w/Caleb Gray & the End Times) in an open challenge to retain the Women's World championship at 11:40 In the early stages of the contest, the announce talked about how it was shocking that Gardner answered the challenge - that she and Caleb had maintained an air of somehow being above her frequently competing in the women's division for nearly two years - but with an opportunity at the Fifteen Pounds of Gold, Gardner opted to step up even while her chosen flock were fraying around her.  Spare has built her reputation as a hard hitting but clean fought battle, and Goody surprised many by going at Diana head on in that aspect even with plenty of backup on the floor.  Spare broke the early stalemate a couple of minutes in by catching an attempted crossbody by Gardner and turning it into a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker; before her opponent could get a base under them, Diana was coming off the ropes with a penalty kick to the small of the back.  Most of the match played out similarly, with Diana pressing her size advantage and working over Goody’s back.  But Gardner hung in tough, taking the punishment and continuing to try and fight from underneath.

  • At one point, it looked like Caleb was going to interfere in the contest but Goody waved him off and he slowly returned to the floor - and Diana capitalized by hitting the distracted Gardner with a pop up Michinoku Driver that Goody ate for a long two count.  The Champ tried to follow up with a Black Hole Slam only for Goody to slip out the back and cinch Diana up before making her eat a Lawn Dart.  Goody moved as quick as her back would allow before following up with a Busiaku knee out of the Justice Davis playbook that got Goody her first solid two count of the match.  Gardner continued going after Diana, laying into her with some cracking open handed chops and even hitting Caleb Gray’s Inherit the Whirlwind cyclone kick.  But when she tried an avalanche kneedrop, Spare rolled out of harm’s way and Goody screamed in pain after whiffing.  Diana hit the ropes and sent Goody head over heels with a massive basement forearm smash, then picked her up and delivered on Nightfall to get another win, Carl saying that with the Quality Awards around the corner you had to figure Diana as a candidate if not winner of the Wrestler of the Year award.

  • After replays, Diana was getting her hand raised when Gardner limped in her direction…and surprised everyone by extending her hand.  Spare looked suspicious before casting her gaze to the floor but Caleb Gray looked as confused as everyone else, and that may’ve been what caused Spare to shake Goody's hand to a decent pop from the faithful in the stands.  As Gardner left the ring using Gray to help her to the back with the End Times trailing behind, Spare hit the turnbuckles with the Fifteen Pounds of Gold in hand but she wasn't in the mood for a celebration.  She was pointing up at Orion in the skybox, and the National champion was standing and pointing at her in a mirror image of last week.  Ruckus went off the air with Steve hyping the Black and Blue Friday supershow next week and the champion vs. champion staredown continuing.

FDSN Florida Presents QCW Ruckus [s4e39 • August 29th, 2025]

📺 live on FanDuel Sports Network Florida

📍 Quality Arena in Parts Unknown, FL

  • After the opening stinger rolled, we zoomed into Quality Arena in front of a sellout crowd yet again.  Steve Vandeblanche and Carl Christensen (huzzah!) are on commentary, and Steve hyped the main event of Pyotr Caviar and the Republic against Nazir el-Fadal and the Game Changers.  After that, “the Voice of QCW” Duck Eko was in the ring to announce the opener - a big match in its own right with title implications…

  • 1. Orion d. Tre Boyd & Mason “Razorblade” Savage in a triple threat match to become #1 contender to the National championship at 18:07 What the kids call a banger kicked off this episode of Ruckus and it ended with Orion getting their hand raised to get another title shot at Malicía, but not without some controversy.  A lot of moving parts in this one: newcomer Boyd looking to avenge his narrow loss to Razorblade in the spring, Orion looking to get revenge on Malicía for Cruel Summer, and Razorblade looking to get revenge on Malicía for stealing the National championship away from him with Ig’s help at Extreme Never Dies back in June.  As expected given pedigrees heading into this, it didn't take long for Razorblade to establish himself as the favorite early; he was able to fend off attacks from the smaller Boyd and Orion and when they briefly teamed up to drop him with a double clothesline he was quick to recover and lay out Orion and then Boyd with massive lariats.  Razorblade surveyed the ring before tossing Tre and going to work on QCW’s Cosmic Superstar, Carl pointing out the former champion's “rad brainstorm” to turn things into more of a one on one match.  Orion ate some offense before beginning to get some separation, but that came to a halt when Razorblade caught them dropping down too early and hit a floatover DDT.  Savage was going for a cover when he saw Boyd springboarding back into the ring, but Mason picked him off out of the air and gave him a spinebuster onto Orion before getting a nearfall on them.

  • Razorblade had temporarily stopped that threat before Boyd reasserted his presence with a backflip kick on the former World champion that set up a step up enzuigiri.  Quick as Orion was, young Tre began to show off why he might be the fastest person on the roster and prove the old adage true of “you can't hit what you can't catch”.  Boyd zipped around the ring, his stick and run attack coming from all angles.  At one point Orion and Razorblade began teaming up to try and slow him down but he rebounded to somehow hit a double Spanish Fly that sent them both rolling out to the floor.  They would soon find out they weren't safe out there, with Boyd hitting a step up Shooting Star plancha that had Quality Arena understandably going nuts.  As FDSNF bleeped out a portion of their “HS!” chants, we got multiple replies while Steve and Carl raved about his athleticism.

  • Boyd grabbed Razorblade and tossed him into the ring before dropping him with a stiff legged missile dropkick that got him 2½.   Tre employed Razorblade's strategy of trying to lessen the numbers, making sure to keep Orion from getting back in the ring when he wasn't focused on beating Razorblade down.  And Boyd showed he was learning over the course of the match, roundhouse kicking away another attempt at a spinebuster by Razorblade.  That set up a rewind rana then a running Shooting Star press that got him another nearfall.  Razorblade literally fought his way back into the match, delivering his notoriously heavy right hands but when he tried to wipe Tre out with another lariat, Boyd floated over and cinched up Savage before delivering a backflip Styles Clash he’s dubbed Heaven Sent – but at 2¾ Orion came flying in with a double foot stomp that broke up the count and left all three of them out on the canvas trying to recover.  The Quality Controllers were chanting “This is awesome!” as we got a couple replays of Orion's last second save.

  • It was a fine time for a quick picture in picture commercial for Scoop Republic (🙄) as live all three competitors were in different parts of the ring using the ropes to help get themselves vertical.  Tre beat his opponents to his feet by a half step then wasted no time in throwing hands against Razorblade; we all know Mason wasn't going to hesitate to return fire.  Orion came off the ropes and targeted Boyd, who threw them off only to see Orion grab Razorblade and deliver a tornado DDT.  Orion and Boyd then delivered a rope running sequence where neither could contain the other until Orion turned a tiejaras into a satellite DDT and flattened Tre out.  The recoil sent Tre staggering back up into the waiting arm of a Razorblade Cactus clothesline, but with Boyd now on the floor and Savage on the apron Orion hit the ropes and hit Mason with a baseball slide dropkick that deposited him on the floor as well.  Orion kept the momentum rolling and hit the ropes again looking for a tope and Tre pulled Razorblade in front of him so the Chicago born bruiser ate the brunt of the blow - but when Tre tried to take advantage and snatched Orion up they snapped off a huracanrana that sent the Gospel head first into the steps.

  • Orion tossed Tre back into the ring before climbing back to the apron.  Checking behind them to make sure that Savage was still down, Orion refocused on the ring and when Tre came up he ate a springboard Meteora but kicked out at 2½.  Orion made the hand gesture of “That's IT!” before cinching Boyd up and looking for Orion's Nebula - but Tre pushed them off and this led to another rope running sequence before Tre stopped Orion in their tracks with a superkick and followed it up with a massive Blue Thunder bomb.  Boyd got to his feet and smack talked Orion before he turned around and nearly got speared out of his boots by Razorblade.  The Champ let out a mighty bellow before howling in pain as Orion gave him a basement superkick to the leg before blasting him with a Shining Wizard.  Orion went for the cover and seemingly had Razorblade dead to rights…but a woozy Boyd crawled over and put Razorblade’s foot on the bottom rope at 2¾ to save himself and keep the fight rolling on to a partial standing ovation from the Quality Controllers while Carl raved this was only the opener.

  • Orion asked the ref about the count, which gave Boyd the opportunity to land a blindside shot and set up another poison rana.  The Cosmic Superstar showed some power in muscling Boyd almost up and over to prevent going down to it, then Razorblade showed even more power by walloping Orion with a spear that sent Boyd flying through the air then crotching himself on the top rope.  With Orion temporarily out of the picture, Razorblade tugged on the top rope a few times to add injury to injury before pulling Boyd into position in a neutral corner.  The former double champion got Tre set up and flew off with his trusty Soul Crusher, but Boyd somehow had the wherewithal to reverse it at the death and convert it into an avalanche crucifix bomb that had everybody in the building counting to three - everybody but the referee, who’d gotten wiped out by the nearly 500 pound avalanche that had tumbled off the top rope.  And with the zebra face down on the mat, all hell broke loose.

  • Firstly, Beast Mode appeared out of the crowd and jumped the railing before going after Sky’s the Limit; Lolo Vuitton shoved Kam Ellis into the ringpost while “These Hands” Roy Fade and “Dashing” Pierce Moore went blow for blow with the Cooper Brothers on the floor.  Tre looked like he was wondering whether or not to get involved when Ghaiz Guevara's “The Old Guard Is Dead” began blaring over the PA.  Out came Ig de Catur, flanked by some members of his private security that had been Quality Force Security until recently.  Ig’s appearance drew a fleet of boos but he just smiled and pointed behind Tre - who turned around and ate a double chokeslam from Ig’s hired goons Omar Littlefield and Malicía Fernandez.  The World and National champions weren't finished yet, as they easily fended off an attack from Orion and gave them a double chokeslam as well.

  • Razorblade came around and spared no time in actually succeeding in one on one attacks but soon found his testicles kicked up into his esophagus by Malicía, and the man she and Ig stole the National championship from in June understandably folded like a Q-4 off suit.  The hired goons of the Republic saved their worst for last and dragged Savage to the floor before hitting him with a double chokeslam into the top of the stairs!  Razorblade twitched as commentary freaked out and the Republic left the scene looking like a multi car pileup on the freeway at rush hour.  The crowd jeered as Omar and Malicía took their leave, Ig applauding the whole way as he barked at the crowd they were just getting started tonight.  With Razorblade wiped out this turned it into essentially a one on one match, and once the referee recovered they called for the rest of the zebras to break up the Mode v. Sky’s fight on the floor as Orion and Tre regained their bearings as well.  When they caught each other's eyes, they went hell for leather: Tre went to attack Orion but missed, Orion gave his knee a basement superkick and went for a Shining Wizard that Boyd ducked before snatching Orion and planting them with a Blue Thunder bomb.  Boyd climbed up to the top rope as the other refs began leading Beast Mode to the back and made sure to give them a few taunts as they were ushered up the ramp; Tre then made the sign of the cross before flying off with the Spiral Tap he calls Say Hallelujah.  But when he flew Orion rolled away and his prayers went unanswered as he splattered against the canvas.  Orion dove on him with a La Magistral cradle that pinned him down to the mat and got the three count, if only by a beat or two as Razorblade tried to get in the ring but fell back down to the floor too weakened to make it back in to try and break it up.

  • Orion was getting their hand raised by the ref before Tre spun them around and got in their face, clearly believing he’d kicked out a second sooner and the match should still be rolling on.  Boyd started poking at the ref’s chest not only pissed since he thought he’d won but that they’d missed him having Razorblade bested and the rest of Sky’s the Limit tried to play peacemaker while we cut back to Orion slapping hands of fans in the front row.  A chyron showed that Malicía/Orion III for the National championship will take place in two weeks, and Carl also hyped up Beast Mode v. Ashok Banjerjee and Jacques Krieger as well as the Republic and Pyotr Caviar against Nazir el-Fadal and the Game Changers in the main event…but in the ring, Boyd had turned his fury on the rest of Sky's the Limit for backing up the referee instead of him and eventually stomped up the ramp. A departing Tre was yelling at the rest of them that they were going to get clowned without him, and he was going to find out who could see he got screwed over and give him his title shot away from crooked refs and alleged friends.

  • Another nautically themed vignette rolled after the stellar opener to hype up Johnathan Livingston Clipper Esq. (I don't think he's a yacht rock lawyer but maybe he's a yacht rock lawyer?) Anyway, some smooth sailing is coming soon to QCW.

  • 2. Prince Ootsuka (w/the All Starr Stable) d. Kam Ellis (w/the Cooper Brothers) by technical knockout at 10:06 The controversial nature of the opening bout fed into this one, as Tre Boyd wasn't out in support of his injured friend Ellis while the entire Stable flanked their Prince as he came out to the ring. Despite Tre’s absence, Ellis acquitted himself well in the early going by using his blend of speed and power to confound Ootsuka, who bailed to the floor and looked for advice from the Stable after eating a ring rocking Blue Thunder bomb.  But the turning point in the match came when Ellis whiffed on a missile dropkick attempt and Ootsuka followed it up with a vicious snap cobra clutch suplex that looked closer to a backdrop driver.  A clearly rocked Ellis was easy pickings for Ootsuka the rest of the way as he laid into the California King with multiple buzzsaw kicks and a missile dropkick of his own before putting Ellis down and out with his Bow Down bodyscissored cobra clutch.  Hard night to be in Sky’s the Limit, but the Stable obviously didn't care about that as Starr needled his ex partner Steve to put over how dominant and sexy Ootsuka was before the Stable took their leave.  Ruckus hit its first commercial break after that.

  • Back from the break, we took a trip around Quality Social where we saw the Chosen’s protest march outside of the Arena during Wednesday night's Unleashed with “the Purifier” Caleb Gray disallowing Justice Davis to sign autographs for fans, the Kents (Chris and Christine) being the Grand Marshals in their hometown's Labor Day Parade, and “the Fury” Jim Jaspers trying and failing to get answers from “the Proper King” Richard Windsor about why he abandoned the trios match they were in last week.

  • 3. Hellraisers d. The International Players at 6:51 Biggest win ever for Ian Cook and Gerry Greene as the losing streak continues to put Ls in Collipark.  Without Science Fiction Double Feature out with them as usual, it didn't stop the former World Tag Team champions from coming out of the gates strong, but Cook out powered and then overmatched both Players with relative ease while Greene was more than willing to chip in with some cheap shots and cheating.  Lucius Patton went under after the brash Brits teamed up: Cook’s deadlift German suplex set up a flying lariat from Greene.  As the Catch Hell alums celebrated their way to the back, Steve quietly wondered if we were seeing the beginning of the end of the College Park Family after suffering yet another loss.

  • Before commercials, previously unaired footage rolled from last week's episode of Naomi Lee catching up to the Catch Hell Wrestling League tag team champions the Undaunted after they helped distract Hysteria with their presence and cost them a match against Women's World champion “Night Sky” Diana Spare and Luz Cruz.  Lee caught up to them in the parking lot and asked if anything was ever going to happen besides guest appearances and smack talk, causing Tim McMurray to say that they weren't the ones running scared or, for that matter, losing.  Dave Mullin said he didn't know who was running QCW these days, but they were easy men to find so if the powers that be could see to it, the next time you saw the Undaunted in Quality Arena they would be showing their fans on this side of the pond why they were the best tag team in the world in a QCW ring.  Some got lost in their own heads - some took a hit and crumbled, but some – well, yunno, some remained Undaunted.

  • It looked like there were technical issues when Ruckus returned in darkness, but soon the Cure's “Warsong” could be heard and a little while after that, the lights snapped on and Hysteria was in the ring.  They cut a pre match promo as Bonnie Agrippa bragged about their reign with the World Tag Team championships with those belts proving they were the best tag team in the world before Nancy Crowley took over and complained about “Night Sky” Diana Spare being unwilling to give her a title shot after everything she and Bonnie had done for her - why was she stuck in a non-title match?

  • She got off another couple digs at Diana before “you should see me in a crown” brought Diana out to a roar from the crowd.  She paused at the top of the ramp with a mic, letting her fans fire up “Diana!” chants before she returned fire, saying that she heard Nancy's complaining and that…she actually agreed with her.  This match should be for the Fifteen Pounds of Gold, and she was willing to put the Women's World championship on the line right here right now inside Quality Arena (cheap pop, whaddya gonna do) but when she beat Nancy - when she beat Nancy - then next week the World Tag Team championships would be on the line, and the people who would end Hysteria's ego parade would be Diana and a partner of her choosing.  Bonnie and Nancy quickly snapped up that deal, causing a rare smile from Diana, who then said they were going to be reminded real quick about two things: QCW belonged to the night…and Hysteria ass whoopings belonged to her.  Spare sprinted down the ramp and slid in the ring before she and her old tag partner Crowley started throwing hands, causing the referee to ring the bell and send the rest of Hysteria down to ringside.

  • 4. “Night Sky” Diana Spare [c] d. Nancy Crowley (w/Hysteria) to retain the QCW Women's World championship at 12:22 The hockey fight that kicked off the match lasted for nearly half a minute, only slowing down when both women connected with slaps that sent the other to her knees.  They then exchanged short range headbutts, then took turns slapping the crap out of each other a few more times while they regained their vertical bases, then resumed their hockey fight while the crowd popped.  Nancy brought it to an end with a sharp knee to the gut, but when she hit the ropes Diana followed suit.  Crowley came to the middle of the ring but couldn't find Diana to launch her attack on because Spare was coming off the ropes to drill her with a lariat that sent the Feral member of Hysteria spinning through the air before crash landing on the canvas.  Bonnie encouraged Nancy to get out of the ring and a frustrated Crowley rolled out to the rest of Hysteria.  They checked on Nancy and tried to buck up her spirits but Bonnie was the only one to get out of the way as Spare flew through the night sky with a twisting handless Asai moonsault over the top rope that took out ¾ths of Hysteria; to add insult to most of Hysteria's possible injuries Diana landed on her feet somehow before whipping her head at Bonnie and causing the decibels in QA to go up another few notches.  Agrippa and Spare jaw jacked each other before Spare slid into the ring to break up the count, then rolled out and started setting up the announce table while Steve and Carl went scurrying out of harm’s way.

  • Spare pointed at Bonnie before turning her attention to Nancy, who responded by biting Diana in the face and giving The Champ a German suplex into the corner of the table.  Spare went down in a heap and Crowley didn't waste a second in stomping away at Diana while Bonnie got up on the apron to complain to the ref while keeping them occupied.  Crowley ran up the stairs, then let out a keening yelp before flying off the apron with a running senton that smashed Spare right in the breadbasket.  Nancy bundled up Diana and started going to work wearing down the titleholder.  Crowley took over for the next couple of minutes and put an end to a brief Diana rally with a big kitchen sink off of the ropes and a follow up Code Black for 2 1⁄2.  Nancy continued her assault and shortly thereafter went to end it with Bite Me but Diana cocooned her arms into the ropes and flung Nancy off.

  • Looking for revenge after last week's loss, Justine Danek took a swipe at Diana from the floor.  Unfortunately for her, the ref caught her with her hand in the cookie jar and ejected the rest of Hysteria from ringside to a huge pop.  Crowley read the riot act to the referee, and this would prove to be her undoing as when she pivoted to charge Diana, Spare picked her off in mid air and delivered a Black Hole Slam into the turnbuckles before stacking her offense with a pop up Michinoku Driver.  Spare rolled the rest of the way and got a measure of revenge by planting Nancy with a rolling trifecta of buckle bombs before finally ending things via her trusty Nightfall.  Post match, Diana put the Fifteen Pounds of Gold over her shoulder and said that next week, she and *Luz Cruz* were going to be the ones who left Quality Arena with the World Tag Team championships - and then they’d be the best tag team in the world. Spare held up her title on the ramp as she headed to the back, both members of the announce team putting over that Diana at the very least had to be in the conversation for QCW’s 2025 Wrestler of the Year.

  • We got a video package flashback to the Anniversary PPV in 2021, where Naz won a title defense in 9 seconds and promised to go international with the title, searching around the world for elite competition; he'd end up four titles from four different countries deep and bumping the QCW title to World status weeks later as a result.

  • 5. Beast Mode (w/Lolo Vuitton) d. Ashok Banjerjee and Jacques Krieger at 7:01 Beyond being a good tag match, our semi main also featured Lolo grabbing a third headset to join commentary, and she has plenty of smack talk for the guys at the desk, the guys against her guys, and even Diana Spare caught a few potshots as the match unfolded.  Ashok led he and Jacques out to a good start but a timely distraction from Lolo getting up on the announce table and flirting with Banjerjee allowed “Dashing” Pierce Moore to pull Banjerjee’s leg off from the top rope and send the back of his head crashing into the top turnbuckle.  Beast Mode then successfully isolated Ashok the rest of the match and when Krieger tried to intervene on his partner’s behalf he was backdropped over the top rope and bounced face first off the steps on his way down.  Essentially stuck in a handicap match, it wasn't much longer until Ashok fell victim to the Dashing Decision and got pinned by Fade.  Lolo cackled on commentary before joining her crew in the ring to celebrate another win, Steve pointing out all of Beast Mode was putting up a decent winning streak both by their lonesomes and as a unit before Ruckus teed up the evening’s final commercials.

  • Ahead of the six person trios main event, Steve and Carl conducted the hype train for 💫 next week's Ruckus 💫, which is going to be massive: we’ll take a look back at AnIIversary from 2022 | Bonnie Agrippa and Nancy Crowley of Hysteria will defend the World Tag Team championships against Women's World champion “Night Sky” Diana Spare and Luz Cruz | And Omar Littlefield will be defending the World championship against…”Swamp Pride” Ted Holland in a match that surely doesn't* have Ig de Catur's shady ass fingerprints all over it or anything.  Main event, ho!

  • 6. Pyotr Caviar and the Republic (w/Ig de Catur and Republic Enforcement) d. Nazir el-Fadal and the Game Changers at 13:09 The trios match started before the bell even rang, as Naz jumped Pyotr from behind while he was making his entrance as retribution for Pyotr beating him down after losing last week's main event to the One Man Jihad.  Naz and Pyotr brawled their way to the ring but as el-Fadal began to get the upper hand here came the Republic to back up their newest recruit, both the World and National champions stomping out the outspoken Naz until the Game Changers hit the ring; to the shock of no one a Pier 6 broke out in and around the ring.  After several pleas fell on deaf ears, the ref gave up and called for the bell.

  • Keeping in line with how it got underway, the main event was the meat in a chaos sandwich.  After a half minute of brawling, Pyotr, Malicía and the Game Changers begrudgingly made their way to the apron, leaving Naz and Omar going heads up for the first time since Cruel Summer came to a title changing close.  Naz threw a barrage of European uppercuts at the man who’d stolen the World title from him but could only wobble Littlefield; when he bounced off the ropes to boost his offense, Littlefield sent him flying upside down and almost all the way into his corner with a vicious Pounce.  Naz sat on the mat a, little rattled but glaring at Omar until the Tiki God tagged himself into the fray.  Naz was incredulous that the smallest member of his team had blind tagged in, and el-Fadal's mood didn't improve when Omar sent Al head over heels with a simple shoulder block.  Littlefield grabbed Buffett by the scruff of the neck and walked over to his corner, hesitating before tagging in Pyotr.  Omar pinned Al’s arms behind him to leave him wide open for a big pump kick from the burly Russian, and the World champion.clapped Pyotr on the back on his way to the apron.

  • The black hats then took sadistic glee in picking Al apart, Steve noting on commentary while it happened that while there was surprisingly no dissension between Caviar and the Republic on the other side of the ring Naz and the GCs had never seen eye to eye and it was playing out even while Al was catching a beating.  Ashley “THEE Influencer” Szabo and Naz were exchanging words in their corner and they were not life affirming IG captions.  All three heels took turns beating on Al, but Buffett is as plucky as he is swole, and he managed to slip out of an attempted Death Warrant from Fernandez before surprising her with a Codebreaker.  Caviar ran into the ring and gave chase after the Tiki God only for Al to surprise him and everyone else in Quality Arena by planting the Tracksuit Tsar with a textbook uranagi.  Omar gave chase but Al wisely backpedaled until he could get by the ropes, pulling the top one down and low bridging the World champion out to the floor.  Al staggered towards his corner for some relief and a hot tag - and THEE Influencer made sure it was her hand Al slapped instead of Naz's.

  • Despite el-Fadal’s sniping from the apron, a fresh Szabo hit the ring and Fernandez hard with some strikes that set up a springboard flying crossbody that took down the National champion.  Fernandez staggered into a corner only to find herself mounted by Szabo (phrasing!) and S-Tier giving the fans a reason to count not just to 10 but 20 as she battered away at the luchadora with perfectly manicured right hands.  It took a Malicía headbutt to slow Ashley down, but when she went for a MF5 Ashley slipped out and shoved her face first into a corner; Szabo connecting on a Meteora to the upper back that slumped Fernandez and put her in place to eat a Game Changer that sent her from slumped to counting the lights.  Ashley covered but both Omar and Pyotr broke it up before the three could come down, causing Al to hit the ring in support of his longtime tag partner.  Ashley alley ooped Al into the behemoths, all three men hitting the floor but with Caviar and Littlefield cradling Al and looking to fling him over the announce table.  But because Al’s body was blocking their view of the ring they didn't see Naz finally and literally leap into action, hitting the ropes and using the recovering Malicía as a footstool for a tope suicida that sent the Republic’s side back first into the announce table; exactly what Naz would stand on and loudly proclaim that QCW was the house that HE built to a pop while looking pretty unconcerned about Al.

  • el-Fadal leapt over Al and got on the apron so he could smack talk Fernandez and when she missed a couple of swipes at him he necked her with a hangman that sent her spinning into an Ashley Codebreaker that got Szabo 2½.  Ash kept her foot on the gas and delivered a trifecta of lightning legdropa to Malicía before pointing to the corner and signaling for her Smash That Subscribe Button to end things, but when she got up there Pyotr grabbed her by the ankle until she won their struggle and kicked him off to the floor.  But that was all the opening Malicía needed to goozle Ashley and rattle the ring with an avalanche chokeslam that saw Szabo bounce nearly  a foot in the air after eating the impact.  It was Malicía's turn to try to end things but at 2¾ Naz springboarded in with a legdrop of his own to save the day for he and the Changers.  Thinking on his feet, Naz began to pull Szabo towards their corner and when Pyotr and Omar tried to run interference, Naz picked up Ashley and swung her into dropkicks on the black hats before depositing Ash in their corner, hitting the apron and tagging himself in legally as Carl put over that one thing that made Naz a valuable partner when he could be bothered was that he knew where he was in the ring at all times.

  • Naz came in and immediately lit into Malicía with European uppercuts before pivoting to deliver a cross chop to Omar's throat and dropkicking the middle rope when Pyotr tried to hit the ring.  That allowed the National champion to wallop Na from behind and hoist him up for the MF5 - but el-Fadal not only landed safely on his feet when she tried to connect with it, he hiptosses her into a Michinoku driver to give her idea an emphatic Night Night.  Naz leaned forward and hooked a leg but before he could get the three count Pyotr dive into the ring and wiped him out with a running crossbody to put paid to his winning plan..  That drew the Game Changers into the ring for some get back, as they fought with Pyotr and Omar; it didn't take long for their Pier 4 to hit the floor.  Naz paid it no mind and lined up Malicía for a dose of Nazquil, but she powered through enough to reverse and connect with her MF5.  On the floor, the Republic took out the Game Changers: a devastating running crossbody from Pyotr put Ashley through the retaining barrier while Omar tossed Al over the announce table and then turned it over onto the Tiki God while Steve and Carl hid out in the third row (what jury would convict?).  Malicía called for the end and went for her Death Warrant, only to scream out in pain as the One Man Jihad again slipped out the back door and followed up with a chop block that crumpled her.  Naz was too busy pulling Malicía into position for Nazquil to see that Pyotr Caviar had tagged her back and then had tagged in Omar, so Naz threw a hissy fit after he connected with Nazquil but the zebra wouldn't count Malicía since she wasn't the legal one in the match.  Pyotr wasn't going to be for much longer, but there was enough time for him to level Naz out with a wicked discus Russian sickle before tossing the limp One Man Jihad into Omar’s waiting arms with a nod before taking his place back out on the apron.  Ig celebrated like a kid getting a Switch 2 for their birthday as Omar let out a guttural growl before hoisting el-Fadal up and splattering him with the Face Eraser crucifix bomb DDT; it’d stolen the World title off of Naz at Cruel Summer and it did its job to make Naz do the job again here.

  • After replays we saw the black hats not only get their hands raised but If leap into Pyotr's arms like a pile of laundry fresh out of the dryer.  Caviar set him down and opted to shake hands instead.  Ig was loud enough to be heard without a mic, repeating to his champions “Didn't I tell you??” Malicía gave a couple of slow nods before offering a handshake to Pyotr who took a couple of beats before deciding he was in and shaking the head of the National champion.  Omar's low rumble of a voice could be heard saying “Good job out there.  You in with us and big money now, you ain't gotta sweat nobody around here now” before delivering a massive fist bump and a clap on the back. *We gotchu.”. Ig cackled as the three land mobsters raised their hands in triumph, Steve bemoaning at the desk that the online rumors were true - Pyotr Caviar has sold out and joined the Republic, which was now three deep with control over two belts and enough of Ig’s money to possibly buy anybody else he felt like in addition to the three brutal monsters he already secured the services of.  The newly expanded Republic growled and the champions held up their titles and Carl wondered if anybody in QCW would have an answer for this kind of power.

  • If Carl had waited a couple of seconds, he would've found a potential answer as Orion rolled out from under the ring with a kendo stick in hand and waffled Malicía over the back of the head with it.  The new #1 contender for the National championship landed a couple more shots on the fallen Fernandez before Pyotr and Omar swarmed the Cosmic Superstar.  Littlefield and Caviar were putting the boots to Orion when “Unscripted Violence” hit the PA and Razorblade ran from the back to even up the odds with a baseball bat in hand.  Razorblade landed a couple of mighty swings on Omar and Pyotr's backs before a Malicía uppercut in the little Savages stopped him in his tracks.  The Republic now had the numbers on their side again and went back to stomping out the opposition - but they”d forgotten about Naz, who emerged from under the apron with his trusty Greetings From Hayt Corner, because the only thing better than a kendo stick is a bundle of barbed wire wrapped ones.  Naz hit the ring and missed shots on Omar and Pyotr, but he caught Malicía under the chin with his third one and sent her flying over the top rope to a big pop.  The Republic surrounded Fernandez, who was bleeding from the chin as Naz, Razorblade, Orion and their weapons stood tall in the ring and invited Ig and his crew to get back in the ring because it was Ass Whoop O’Clock and they were right on time.  Ruckus went off the air with both sides chirping at each other and Steve wondering just how personal things were going to get between these all star trios teams as the road to AnniVersary continued.  See you guys next week, same Ruckus time, same FDSN Florida channel.
