Cruel Summer pre-per-view

 Preshow | Beast Mode (w/Lolo Vuitton) v. The International Players (w/Science Fiction Double Feature)

After losing the World Tag Team championships and then mentor Jupiter Jones, the Players have been on a downward spiral - something noted and mocked by the recently heel turned Mode.  The Players showed their first signs of life in months by fighting back, the same sort of fight they’ll need to show here as both teams jockey for position in the division and a possible shot at the tag titles in the near future.

Preshow | the All Starr Stable (w/S. Mark Starr) v. Ashok Banjerjee and the Game Changers 

The Stable have been on shaky footing since they lost the tag belts earlier in the year and have been frustrated at their attempts to shut down the perpetually positive Banjerjee, who with his new partner occupied on the main show successfully recruited the former champion Game Changers to team with him in trios action.  Can the Stable finally put Ashok down and in the rearview mirror or will the Boundless one and the Game Changers make S. Mark Starr rip even more hair out of his head?

MAIN CARD

Jacques Krieger v. Omar Littlefield 

Littlefield has been uncontrollable since losing the Fifteen Pounds of Gold at AnnIVersary and has been taking it out on anyone in his path since: other wrestlers, security guards, even referees.  But Littlefield took it to a new level at last month’s Extreme Never Dies supershow when he urinated on a decimated opponent post match, shocking the usually unflappable crowd at 2300 Arena.  While he was serving a suspension and leaving the interim Commissioner Ig de Catur unable to find anyone willing to take on the former World champion, Krieger won a feud against the Prince who replaced him in the All Starr Stable and decided to bail out de Catur by being Omar’s opponent.  The hard nosed Krieger has won championships and multiple matches in under 30 seconds but let's hope his fighting spirit doesn't land him in the ICU standing across the ring from the ever dangerous and imposing Littlefield.

deliverance “the Purifier” Caleb Gray (w/the Chosen) v. Justice Davis 

The rivalry between the last two winners of the Duquesne Classic has ramped up in recent weeks after Davis rebuffed the Chosen's efforts to help him win the World title against Razorblade at Mayday Payday.  A war of words between the longtime rivals got us the deliverance stipulation for this match: a Davis loss makes him the newest member of Gray’s flock…but a Davis win forces the Chosen to disband (remember that acolyte Drake Tremble lost a similar match to JD a couple years ago which forced the group he led to disband and eventually led to his praising Caleb).  JD looks to avenge his Cold As Hell loss to Gray; Caleb looks to put an antagonist in his employ and get the Duquesne Cup back in house when they collide Sunday night in TD.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 

Malicía Fernandez [c] v. Orion

Fernandez was undefeated in QCW for nearly six months straight before a well timed Orion inside cradle put an end to it at Mayday Payday, the Cosmic Superstar getting revenge for Malicía taking her out at Golden Rule and their brawl getting them both eliminated from the Duquesne.  But Malicía responded by getting on a new winning streak, then shockingly throwing her lot in with Commissioner de Catur and stealing the National Championship away from Razorblade at Extreme Never Dies last month.  Fernandez hasn't cared about the negative reaction from the Quality Controllers, feeling she hasn't gotten the respect her elite run in Mexico and South America merits - but what the luchadora has cared about is Orion and the Quality Controllers calling her out for the Mayday Payday loss and even Orion interrupting matches and promos with the decisive three count.  The constant hectoring got Orion what they wanted: a Mayday Payday rematch, now with a title on the line just to add more toppings to the sundae.  Orion looks for history to repeat itself and Malicía looks to shut up her biggest detractor while adding to her 10 Count - who will walk out of Boston with the National Championship?

QCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS

Bonnie Agrippa and Nancy Crowley of Hysteria (w/Justine Danek and Bella Jolie) v. Tre Boyd and Kam Ellis of Sky’s the Limit (w/the Cooper Brothers)

Since returning to QCW last spring, the collective known as Hysteria have raised hell, caused chaos and captured championships - first the Women's World championship last fall when Luz Cruz was their leader then after booting her post title loss, capturing the World Tag Team championships under the helm of new leader Agrippa.  Sky’s the Limit are the foursome coming into this match with considerable steam as well: after the Air Force alums debuted back in the spring they were surprised by Beast Mode turning heel on them but won that subsequent feud, then used that as a springboard to win a #1 contendership match to earn this shot at the gold.  Brash and flashy leader Boyd has stressed from their arrival that they're focused on domination and capturing gold - and if that sounds familiar, it's because Hysteria was making similar promises last summer that they've fulfilled multiple times since.  Can QCW’s resident coven hold onto the straps, or will Sky’s the Limit curse Hysteria to a short titles reign and capture the gold?

QCW WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

“Night Sky” Diana Spare [c] v. Luz Cruz

When Cruz turned heel last year at AnnIVersary to take the reins as Hysteria's leader, it was Spare who she laid out from behind to do so.  Cruz won the Women's World championship for the first time the next month and reigned from the winter until the spring, then got turfed from Hysteria on the Ruckus after Golden Rule for losing the belt.  Who she lost it to was Spare, who has spent the year as a champion whether it be the decommissioned Crush championship or the Women's World champion since the last time she faced Cruz.  Night Sky has defined herself as a fighting champion but understandably when Cruz won the #1 contendership, it had the usually frosty Diana seeing red.  The Champ is suspicious of Cruz generally and has even floated theories that this is a long con from Hysteria; Cruz's denials and Hysteria’s unwillingness to issue any denials have only made Diana more paranoid while Cruz has stood up to and renounced her shady ways, even making the save for Diana from a couple of Hysteria beatings in the build.  But Cruz hasn't been shy about wanting to regain the Fifteen Pounds of Gold, the championship Spare holds most dear and returned to QCW last year to get back.  It's Spare/Cruz II for the Fifteen Pounds of Gold, and the match’s result is destined to have ripple effects for months if not years to come - a match that wouldn't surprise anyone if it stole the shoe Sunday night.

Razorblade [c] v. Nazir el-Fadal

Ohio State/Michigan - Dodgers/Giants - Lakers/Celtics - and when we're talking about legendary rivalries in the nearly 70 year long history of QCW there's Razorblade v. Naz and then there's everything else.

We would need a two hour documentary to do the full history justice, so let's skip to last fall and pick things up with Razorblade ending Omar's reign of terror at AnnIVersary and winning back the World championship.  He received a new title from then Commissioner Holmes, the crowd went wild, a large portion of the roster celebrated - but Naz came out and slow clapped on the ramp, causing Mason Savage to get in his face.  el-Fadal had stolen a win from Autumn Powers to make her leave town and gain the #1 contendership earlier in the show; Holmes punished Naz by making the main event a ¡lucha muerte! fight that figuratively and almost literally burned the house down as Razorblade delivered the Soul Crusher through a flaming table to win what would be named 2024’s Match of the Year when the Quality Awards came around.  

Razorblade was out of action for a month (something Naz gleefully took credit for) but then went on his current reign that is widely regarded as the best title reign this side of Ray Gunn’s holding the belt for all but three months of the sixties; he would beat both Naz and Omar in a three way dance at Cold As Hell, then become a double champion at Golden Rule by beating Caleb Gray and continued on his roll by besting his tag partner Justice Davis at Mayday Payday.  It took Ig de Catur revealing a secret alliance with Malicía Fernandez at Extreme Never Dies to pry the National Championship away from Savage.  Extreme Never Dies ended that way and began with Naz winning a #1 contendership gauntlet to earn this shot, continuing his own roll from beating Pyotr Caviar at Rule then Omar in an ambulance match at Payday.  Over the years Naz has gone from being the man who fans love to hate to earning their respect and then finding the fan base pretty solidly supporting him in this giant killer era.

Razorblade, understandably, already wasn't buying into the idea of a babyfaced Naz given the fact el-Fadal tried to pull a less successful version of this a couple of years ago.  To add fuel to Savage’s side of the story, Ig has been seemingly recruiting Naz to join him by bribing him with his own private dressing room, his own custom car and constant protection from Quality Force Security.   Naz has accepted the gifts as his due and tweaked Razorblade about it, saying he knows now how good Razorblade had it in the Holmes regime and maybe now it's his turn for preferential treatment.  It was Naz who went to Ig and asked for a Pick Your Poison night to add a stipulation for this match; when el-Fadal came up with the faster time he said that after being forced playing Razorblade’s game last year he would force Razorblade to play his this month, hanging a best of 3 falls stip atop this fight for the Fifteen Pounds of Gold.

After a couple of weeks of reluctantly keeping each other healthy, what is possibly the biggest main event in QCW history will come to Boston, and, hell, might be another Match of the Year.  

For Naz, his obsession with regaining the World title and proving that he - not Razorblade - is the greatest wrestler in QCW history culminates in him getting the match he wants in a possible final bid for redemption.  Beating Razorblade twice in one night when most of the roster combined can't beat him twice over the course of a calendar year is the sort of thing that would be at the top of el-Fadal's Hall of Fame resume.  It's entirely possible Cruel Summer ends with the One Man Jihad leaving Boston once again the World champion.  

For Razorblade, it is a chance to silence his biggest rival once and for all by beating him at his own game not once but twice.  It would put him on another level not just between him and the current roster but the entire list of anyone who has ever walked through QCW’s halls.  It would definitively prove there is a difference between being a Hall of Famer and the GOAT.  It's entirely possible Cruel Summer ends with Mason Savage leaving Boston #ANDSTILL the World champion.

Best of 3 falls for the 15 Pounds of Gold - but it's not Cubs/Cardinals, it's not Alabama/Auburn and while it's in TD Garden it's not Celtics/Lakers - it's Razorblade vs. Naz for the World title.

Four title matches, grudge matches, a loaded preshow and the sort of combat sports entertainment that only Quality Championship Wrestling can do.   Are you going to miss Orion and Malicía fighting for the National Championship?  Will the fly boys of Sky’s the Limit be able to break Hysteria's spell over the World Tag Team championships?  Can Luz Cruz win the Women's World championship the right way and stop Diana Spare's title reign?  And with Razorblade and Naz writing another chapter in their storied rivalry, who knows what’ll happen in the main event besides another instant classic and maybe 2025’s Match of the Year.

Mayday Payday pre-per-view

 Preshow | A Cut Above (w/S. Mark Starr & Prince Ootsuka) v. Ashok Banjerjee & Jacques Krieger

A shocking turn of events saw the All Starr Stable literally switch sides during a Krieger/Ootsuka fight to replace Jacques with QCW’s resident Prince, unfairly blaming Krieger for A Cut Above being barred from getting any more cracks at the World Tag Team championships.  Krieger has been willing and eager to fight all three men on his own but has gotten some help from former rival Banjerjee this spring; while the two men couldn't be any different in temperament they’ve been willing to have each other's backs, and we’ll see how they do against last year's Tag Team of the Year.

Preshow | Shelley LaVey v. Lolo Vuitton

Tensions between Lolo and Shelley that were simmering over for months finally boiled over a few weeks ago as the Culture splintered and Vuitton took LaVey’s partners away from her.  More about how we got here in the next blurb, but two of the women's division’s best with plenty of bad blood look to settle the score in Williams Arena.

Beast Mode (w/Lolo Vuitton) v. The Cooper Brothers of Sky’s the Limit (w/Tre Boyd & Kameron Ellis)

Longtime friends and Air Force alums Sky’s the Limit joined QCW weeks ago and quickly won over the faithful with their high flying ways - and the former champions who were then known as Beauty and the Beast Mode took notice of this after a couple of times tagging together.  Maybe they felt they were getting outshined, maybe jealousy played a role, maybe Lolo Vuitton being in their ears while she was harboring similar feelings with their then teammate Shelley LaVey cast the deciding vote in their head.  But “These Hands” Roy Fade and “Dashing” Pierce Moore turned heel a few weeks ago and joined Lolo; since then Moore's scored a win over Kam Ellis while Tre Boyd literally beat Roy Fade to the punch on the last episode of Ruckus with brass knuckles and didn't care he got DQed.  The former tag champions take on StL’s high flying identical twins making their PPV debuts in what should be a fast paced tag to kick off pay per view action.

Malicía Fernandez v. Orion

The woman known as La Monstrua has taken over QCW since her arrival at the tail end of last year, running roughshod over the women's division.  This was most evident in the Dealer's Choice ladder match at Golden Rule, where her powebomb to Orion stopped the Queen of the Cosmos from winning and it took the rest of the field to keep the former Lucha Salvaje Campeona de Campeonas from taking the prize herself. A prior match between these two led to a double countout that eliminated them both from the Duquesne, and with the probability high that the winner here earns their way to a title shot in the near future all eyes will be on this David/Goliath match in Minny.

Pyotr Caviar (w/Serge Batroc) v. Nazir el-Fadal

This is a rematch of one of the Duquesne Classic semifinals, where Pyotr advanced after interference from Serge; Naz got revenge on Serge in the final and indirectly led to Pyotr's loss though Caviar of course blames el-Fadal fully for the loss.  Since the Classic Pyotr's taken digs at Naz’s past and called Naz a little insect he is going to squash while el-Fadal called Pyotr a no-hit wonder still hiding behind his mostly ineffectual mentor.  Add in a sneak attack from Naz to Team Batroc and the stage is set for Pyotr/Naz II.

QCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS

International Players (w/Science Fiction Double Feature) [c] v. Bonnie Agrippa and Nancy Crowley of Hysteria (w/Justine Danek & Bella Jolie)

Agrippa took control of Hysteria and kicked Luz Cruz out after she lost the Women's World championship while the College Park Family has been reeling ever since Interim Commissioner Ig de Catur fired the legendary Jupiter Jones.  QCW’s resident coven has been relentless in dunking on the adrift Family, even going so far as to throw a mock funeral on the go home show and threatened to give the Players’ titles reign a spot six feet under right next to Jones’ career.  Hysteria look to continue a golden year for themselves while the proud Atlanta natives fight to hold onto gold they’ve held onto all year long.

QCW WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 

“Night Sky” Diana Spare [c] v. Fiona Fogg 

Fogg turned heel on her former partner “Explosive” Emily Bennett and that's given her a wave of dark momentum the suddenly haughty Fiona has ridden to the top contendership slot.  Fogg’s beaten Luz Cruz and Lolo Vuitton twice while Spare has been a fighting champion all year and recaptured the Fifteen Pounds of Gold in Dublin at Golden Rule.  Fogg tries to get to a peak she once held in the Catch Hell Wrestling League while Spare looks to build on her legacy as one of the greatest Women's World champions of all time in this highly anticipated title match that might just steal the show.

QCW WORLD AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Mason “Razorblade” Savage [c] v. Justice Davis 

A rough upbringing in foster care led Davis to teenage alcoholism, but he found pro wrestling the way some people find religion and embarked on a career.  After succeeding in several East Coast Independents he found his way to QCW, where he narrowly lost his debut match to Razorblade.  But Savage showed him respect post match in a moment that clearly touched JD (a longtime Razorblade fan) and their loose friendship eventually coalesced into the tag team Savage Justice, who stormed to the World Tag Team championships.  

After dropping the belts, Razorblade regained the World championship at AnniVersary while Justice failed to gain the National championship from “the Purifier” Caleb Gray and seemingly was struck mute if not catatonic from his failures to get the belt from the clutches of QCW’s resident born again believers.  Savage beat Gray in the winner take all match at Golden Rule to become the first ever two time double champion in QCW history; the week after that, Davis began his run through the Duquesne Classic and won it to earn this title shot.  Months of uneasy silence between them came to a head on the go home Ruckus where JD parroted a Naz talking point: Razorblade shoved his old partner aside to rocket to the top and it was his turn to do the same.  Razorblade was clear he didn't think of Justice as his sidekick, but Davis blew him off and they were unable to show any of their old cohesion in a trios match.  

The hungry and driven Davis stands as the #1 contender and looks to add the National and World championships to the Duquesne Cup while Razorblade looks to continue his nearly year long roll and further cement his legacy as the greatest QCW champion in the nearly 70 year history of the company - it's the main event of Mayday Payday with 25 pounds of gold and two titles on the line, Razorblade vs. Davis.

Golden Rule: Pot of Gold pre-per-view

This year's Golden Rule has the potential to go down in history as the biggest PPV in company history, history that's already being made before the first bell on the show even rings from Dublin. Let's take a deeper dive into the card.

Preshow | "Explosive" Emily Bennett v. Fiona Fogg

Former friends and tag partners were torn apart when Fogg ended their losing streak by turning on 2024's Ace in the Hole tournament winner; Bennett is out for revenge and Fogg is out to prove she's more dangerous than ever with her bad new attitude.

Preshow | Pyotr Caviar (w/Serge Batroc) v. Jupiter Jones (w/Collipark)

Team Batroc lost a non-titles match by disqualification to the International Players and piled on post match after an attack from the w @ s t 3 l a n d e r s - when the legendary Jupiter Jones defended his protegès and ran Team Batroc off, the massive Caviar ("the future of QCW" according to Serge) challenged Jones in response.  If Caviar IS the future, can he beat one of the greatest champions from QCW's past?

A Cut Above and Hellraisers (w/S. Mark Starr and Prince Ootsuka) v. Catch Hell Tag Team champions The Undaunted (Tim "the Only Hope" McMurray and "Unforgettable" Dave Mullin) and the Proper Villains

A long-standing feud between countrymen the Villains and Hellraisers seemed over after Ian Cook and Gerry Greene won last month's Proper Pub Brawl but they put further salt in the wound by costing the Villains a match against A Cut Above - when S. Mark Starr's men went back to bragging about being the best tag team in the world they were interrupted via satellite in a surprise appearance on the Qualitron by the proud Irish tag team champions who noted that they had titles and ACA were such (can't say it on American airwaves) that they would rather team with Brits then let either Cut or Hellraisers keep preening about with their shady victories. 

QCW's first European PPV features the special attraction of having the Catch Hell Tag Team champions in their house in this eight man tag - the Villains look for some vindication - and you know both heel teams are looking to get into the titles hunt thanks to a win here.

Put together by Ig de Catur before he took the Interim Commissioner position, this match is a QCW first.  And a match this high risk comes with a high reward - the Dealer's Choice that goes to the winner means they pick between

Automatic entry into the upcoming 2025 Duquesne Classic

After they won qualifying matches to punch their PPV tickets, these six women look to take the next step literally and figuratively in their careers by putting it all on the line in Dublin.  In a match filled with former champions, it's the uncertain future of what the winner will opt to do with their Choice that underlines everything here.

International Players [c] v. w @ s t 3 l a n d e r s

The ravagers that don't speak and don't lose started their march towards the championships last year and put the Players in their sights after last month's Pure Massacre supershow.  The men from Collipark fought for years to regain the belts and have no intention of their reign ending anytime soon, leading us to the titles vs. the undefeated streak in Dublin come Sunday night.

Nazir el-Fadal v. Omar Littlefield

In both their quests to try and regain the World championship off of Razorblade, QCW's two most hated men have kept each other from gaining the title back.  In November, Omar won the Black and Blue Friday battle royale and earned a rematch against Razorblade - but Naz (eliminated last by Omar even though replays showed both men landing on their feet at nearly or at the same time) ruined the match and Omar's attempt to regain the title.  

As a result, a three way dance was made for Cold As Hell where Naz was so desperate to stop the threat of Littlefield that he teamed up with eternal rival Razorblade to bounce Omar from the match first - but Naz was so weakened Razorblade was able to win and then to add injury to injury Omar savaged Naz with el-Fadal's favorite weapon to put him on the injured list.

But Omar's rage didn't stop there - at Pure Massacre he got another shot at Razorblade and the Fifteen Pounds of Gold but he was unable to beat Mason Savage.  Believing he was screwed over by a fast count by then Commissioner Holmes who was acting as special guest referee, Omar not only put his longtime antagonist Holmes through the announce table but launched him off of the stage and put him in the hospital. 

Interim Commissioner de Catur was going to announce a lengthy suspension for Omar but a returning el-Fadal stopped it from happening by demanding a chance at revenge against Omar.  IC Ig gave Naz the opportunity and after Omar intentionally threw Pick Your Poison to bloody up the One Man Jihad it meant that Naz got to pick the stipulation for this match.  On Ruckus two nights ago, Naz revealed that he owed Omar a trip to the ICU after what happened to him at Cold As Hell and stunned everyone by picking an ambulance match.  Omar is coming off of the most dominant rookie year in QCW history, Naz is the most decorated man in QCW history, and the two most hated men in QCW are set to collide in what should be a violent brawl for the ages.

Is Naz way in over his head against Littlefield?  Is Omar underestimating how low el-Fadal will go in an environment without rules?  Neither? Both? We find out on Sunday night.

TITLE FOR TITLE

QCW WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPION Luz Cruz vs. CRUSH CHAMPION "Night Sky" Diana Spare

Cruz's heel turn at AnnIVersary to reveal herself as Hysteria's leader resulted in her winning the title last October at Dia de los Muertos and she's kept it ever since.  A consistent thorn in her side has been Spare, who's taken on all of Hysteria while taking/dishing out beatings in a record setting reign as Crush champion.  

But as she's always had her eye on her former World title, Luz has had her eyes on having Hysteria hold the Crush championship she's held on four occasions so that her coven can control the women's division by holding both belts.  Yet all of Hysteria's attempts to beat Diana have failed, as has a (possibly...hell, probably shady) attempt to recruit Diana, and in response Spare challenged her to this match.  Luz accepted on the caveat that she also got a shot to become the first five time Crush champion in the 20+ year history of the belt, and the first half of the double main event and this nearly year long rivalry culminates in this: the rebellious lone wolf vs. the leader of Hysteria...Night Sky vs. La Reina of the Ropes...

TITLE FOR TITLE

QCW WORLD CHAMPION Mason "Razorblade" Savage vs. QCW NATIONAL CHAMPION "The Purifier" Caleb Gray (w/the Chosen)

You all know Razorblade by now - the signature scowling face of QCW's modern era, one of the elite members of the Triple Crown Club, The Champ yet again as he has been for half a year.  

But he isn't the longest reigning champion QCW has - Gray is, and has been since winning the Duquesne Classic last spring and being crowned the inaugural and so far only QCW National Champion.  Along the way he's revealed himself as the man behind the Quality Arena arson, picked up a flock of believers that formed the Chosen, and used his platform to preach the gospel as he saw it and saw fit in the hopes of remaking QCW into Quality Christian Wrestling with he and his on the top.  

After taking out Razorblade's tag partner Justice Davis in a title defense at Cold As Hell, Gray vowed to purify the notion of a false champion from QCW by taking the Fifteen Pounds of Gold from Razorblade's grasp.  Razorblade returned fire by saying that if he was going to accept his challenge then Caleb would have to answer the challenge to put up HIS belt as well since it's one belt he's yet to hold.  The challenge was accepted on Friday's show and resulted first in a beatdown followed by Razorblade's retribution of beating up all three of Gray's acolytes while Caleb watched on horrified before fleeing the scene, missing Savage saying that in Dublin he was going to bleed Caleb dry and take him to the deepest waters in QCW history before drowning him - a fate no God could save him from.

It's the reformed vs. the fallen - the main of faith vs. the man of the people - the Purifier vs. Razorblade.

Savage vs. Gray - title for title.

That's the lineup for the first European PPV in QCW history that puts the gold in Golden Rule: the company crossover 8 man tag, the debut of the Dealer's Choice ladder match, the World Tag Team titles vs. the undefeated streak, what promises to be an insane ambulance match, and a historic double main event that will see the winners walk out of Dublin with the whole pot of gold as double champions.

Who wouldn't order Golden Rule?  What shambolic rube dare show their face?

Cold As Hell pre-per-view

Cold As Hell kicks off 2025's PPV calendar on Sunday, so let's take a deeper dive into the card.

Preshow | the Hellraisers vs. the Proper Villains 

The Catch Hell alums have never seen eye to eye and their cross countries rivalry only got further sparked by the return of "the Fury" Jim Jaspers and them throwing hands at the #1 contendership tag team battle royale in late November; they'll meet in Madison.

The All Starr Stable (w/S. Mark Starr) v. The College Park Family (w/Science Fiction Double Feature)

A Cut Above earned the Quality Award for Tag Team of the Year in 2024 but the International Players beat them for the QCW World Tag Team championships at Season's Beatings after winning the #1 contendership - add in the legendary Jupiter Jones and heavy hitting Jacques Krieger to the mix and you have a highly anticipated six man tag for the PPV.

Serge Batroc v. Orion

High flying newcomer Orion faces off against former Duquesne Cup winner Batroc, with both trying to angle their way into 2025's title pictures after a win here.

QCW NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP | "the Purifier" Caleb Gray [c, w/the Chosen] v. Justice Davis 

Winning the Duquesne Cup last year earned Gray the honor of being crowned the first ever National Champion, a title he's held onto since (however shadily at times) with help from his like minded disciples - but former World Tag Team champion Davis has beaten all of them over the past few weeks and looks to make Cold As Hell a night of Savage Justice triumph by joining his partner as an elite singles champion in QCW.

QCW  WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP | Luz Cruz [c, w/Hysteria] v. "Explosive" Emily Bennett 

Rookie Bennett put herself on the radar last summer by winning the Ace in the Hole tournament last fall to earn a title shot she could cash in at any time, and chose to call her shot here against Cruz - who's shocking heel turn at AnnIVersary led her to not only join but lead Hysteria as well as springboard her into winning the WWC over Vuitton at Dia de los Muertes in October.  Bennett looks for the biggest win of her career and the belt; Cruz looks to retain and keep Hysteria running the division.

QCW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP • three way dance | Razorblade [c] v. Nazir el-Fadal v. Omar Littlefield

WELL!

We don't have enough time for full-on Razorblade/Nazir el-Fadal lore.  Their rivalry has gone on for years and may go down in QCW history as THE signature rivalry of all time, goosed even further by Razorblade retaining the QCW World title in a death match at Dia de los Muertes that put him on the shelf for around a month.  

It came on the heels of another epic at AnnIVersary where Razorblade bested Omar to win the World title, ending the then rookie monster's reign of terror that began last Mayday Payday when he cashed in and celebrated his win by smashing the belt and chipping it--something he'd continue doing during his reign.

Omar injured several roster members in the winter, but managed to win the Black and Blue Friday battle royale to earn a rematch against Razorblade that night...but it was thrown out when el-Fadal interfered against, pissed off against the returning Razorblade for putting him through a flaming table at Dia and Omar for eliminating him last at the battle royale (both men landed on the floor a second apart by Omar landing on el-Fadal, though it was close enough for Naz to think he'd won it).

This led to Commissioner Holmes announcing the three way dance and Omar/Naz and a non-title match between Omar and Razorblade a couple of weeks ago, both of which ended unsatisfactorily.  After Cold As Hell whoever the QCW World champion is, they will have cemented themselves as the elite World champion of all time.  If former World champ Naz wins, he'll successfully end a year long quest to regain the title he once publicly mocked and tossed - just as Omar similarly did into the steps with the title last year except with more defacing and scarring.  Now that Littlefield has lost the belt, he wants to regain it to possiby destroy it again and get revenge on Holmes for delaying his rematch.  And Razorblade, the fightingest World champion in a decade plus looks to end all QCW GOAT talk by beating two former World champions and longtime rivals to retain the 15 Pounds of Gold.

It's a red hot card for Cold As Hell, coming to PPV live this Sunday SUNDAY SUNDAY!
